SHIPPING POLICY
All parts selected on Sedakadakci.com are made to order, unless out of stock. Please allow a lead time of 4-6 weeks to create, dry, bake and ship your order. You can also pick up your purchase in Izmir to avoid transportation costs. Please get in touch to pick up your piece from the studio and arrange a visit.
Worldwide shipping is available. If you are interested in receiving a quote for estimated delivery time and costs for bulk orders, please contact info@sedakadakci.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
A part purchased directly from Sedakadakci.com can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. The part you wish to return must be undamaged, unused and clean.
Before you send your part back, please email info@sedakadakci.com to verify that you have done so. You will be contacted regarding the return process. You must return the product in its original packaging.
You should also make sure that the product is properly packaged when you return it. The package is at your own risk until it is received by Seda Kadakci. The costs related to the return will be borne by you. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
DEFECTS AND COMPLAINTS
Products are insured during transportation. Please verify the package and contents upon receipt. In case of damage to the products during transportation, please email info@sedakadakci.com within 24 hours of receipt of the package with attached proof photos. In case of a complaint or an undeliverable order, please get in touch.
COLOR AND SHAPE
All ceramic pieces are handmade by Seda Kadakçı. Each piece is created with precision, patience and care. By nature, it is imperfect and unique. No two pieces are exactly the same and there will be differences in shape, color, pattern and finish between pieces.
Every effort is made to ensure that the colors look as realistic as possible. However, due to digital reproduction limitations in different web browsers, exact color representation cannot be guaranteed. Please contact info@sedakadakci.com for color sample requests.
